Learn To Fly Day
On May 15th, the chapter hosted our first Learn To Fly Day. LTF Day was a national promotion by EAA to get information out to the general public. Over five dozen people came to learn and share about how to stop dreaming about it and get into general aviation. Everyone enjoyed a pancake breakfast before the presentation, and chapter members, the local FBO Smiling Aviation, local flight businesses, and instructors brought many planes for pilots and wannabes alike to drool over.
