Mexican Mountain
November 16th weather was perfect for flying any type aircraft and Dee and I took advantage by taking the Rebel on our annual year-end picnic at Mexican Mountain Utah airstrip.
Dee took picture #1 on short final and if you look carefully and you can see the strip just above the right edge of the stream. Lunch was cheese, crackers, fruit and veggies and afterwards we did the path up the side canyon past the pictographs. I might add here that I recommend landing upstream (East) due to a couple of potholes at the touch down area when landing down stream over the tamarack.
